It is associated with the color orange. Foods that support this chakra are tropical fruits, seeds, nuts, and orange-colored foods.
Fan this fiery spot with sweet fruits like melons, mangoes, strawberries, passion fruit, oranges, carrots, tangerines, coconut. Even honey and nuts are recommended for it. As for spices, cinnamon, vanilla, sesame seeds help to nourish the chakra.
